Privacy, in plain English

Goodstanding is run by Nathan Corry from Belfast, Northern Ireland. This page explains what information this site collects and what happens to it. It's deliberately short, because we deliberately collect very little.
What we collect
- Contact form details. If you ask for a free website preview, you give us your name, business name, email, phone number and the area you cover. That's used to build your preview and get back to you — nothing else. No marketing lists, no reselling.
- Basic analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read. It's aggregate and privacy-friendly — it doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites.
Cookies
No advertising or tracking cookies. Anything stored in your browser is strictly functional (for example, remembering that you dismissed a pop-up for the rest of your visit).
Who processes it
A small number of services handle data on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosts this website and provides the analytics.
- Mailgun — delivers the email when you submit the contact form.
- Stripe — handles payments if you become a client. We never see or store your card details.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, or for the life of your account if you become a client. If you'd like your details deleted, email and they're gone.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email nat@goodstanding.io and it'll be handled by the same person who built this site. If you're unhappy with how something's been handled, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Questions
Email nat@goodstanding.io — you'll get an answer from Nat, not a legal department.
