Terms, in plain English

These are the terms for using Goodstanding — operated by Nathan Corry, trading as Goodstanding, Belfast. They're written the way we'd explain them over the phone.
What the service is
- A custom-built website for your trade business — built free first, so you see the finished thing before paying anything.
- 24/7 AI call answering in your business name for calls you can't take, with the job details sent to you by WhatsApp.
- Missed-call text-back to the customer, and Google Business Profile setup and upkeep.
- Hosting, domain setup and unlimited reasonable site updates are included.
What it costs
- £179 one-time setup — payable only after you've seen and approved your free preview.
- £99 per month for everything above. Your first month is free.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices may change in future, but never mid-month and never without telling you first.
No contract — cancel any time
The service is month to month. Cancel whenever you like — no cancellation fee, no notice period. When you cancel: your call divert switches off and your number behaves as before (it was always yours), any domain you bought stays yours, and hosting stops at the end of your paid month.
The honest small print
- The receptionist is an AI. It's very good at taking job details at 3am; it doesn't quote prices or make promises on your behalf.
- We can't guarantee any particular number of jobs, calls or Google rankings — nobody honestly can.
- We rely on third-party phone, hosting and messaging networks; rare outages of those are outside our control, but we'll always work to sort things quickly.
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful. We can end the service for abuse, with a refund of any unused month.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability where the law says it can't be limited. Beyond that, our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the previous 12 months.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom, and any disputes go to the courts there — though in practice, email nat@goodstanding.io first and we'll sort it like adults.
